Another SludgeBuster installed, this time for a leading global manufacturer.

Replacing the existing filtration system, the SludgeBuster gives the site high flow, staged filtration with the ability to select the micron level to suit production and help protect high value tooling and exceed tool life.

During limited shutdowns, they can simply drop to a finer micron and further clean the system before production starts again.

We’ll now be gathering the data from the system for a full case study, we’re expecting this one to be interesting.

It’s always good to see the equipment being put through its paces and making system flushing quicker and effective.

Joined Lea and Luke from ST Energy on their oil boiler install today and first 21-rad flush using their new PackaPUMP™. This old open-vented (now sealed) system was absolutely filthy, so it was the perfect job to pass on a few flushing tips, tricks procedures and show them how to get the best out of the machine.

This was hands-on training. You don’t learn this in a classroom. You learn it on the tools, dealing with the problems that come with systems this filthy and finding the right way to get them clean.

They’ve mounted the PackaPUMP™ on a rolling rig as they’re planning on flushing hundreds of fan coils and plenty of large properties this winter season, so they’ll be ready when the winter rush starts.

Great to see skilled engineers investing in the right equipment and planning to make the most of it. 💪
