Dormer roof replacement! 🏠💥

When Storm Amy came along we were there to help out! We had to first complete a temporary roof repair at 9pm during the storm in an attempt to secure the home for a short amount of time, we then returned to complete the job to a much more reliable and safer standard. We removed both roofs and added 18mm structural boards to both roof areas, followed by a full adhered Firestone Rubber Roof System, which comes complete with a 20 year guarantee. The customer was left feeling at ease that they were protected from the lovely British weather!

A full house and porch re-roof 🏠💥

When we arrived on this job our team realised how severely damaged the roof looked, however once removing the tiles they realised the job was bigger than they initially thought, the under felt was severely damaged and weather worn . Not all issues are visable to the untrained eye, which is where our team comes in! We ensured the roof was secure and watertight and cleared away all of the debris once the job was complete.

Before-during-after! 🏠💥

On this job we removed both roof coverings on each flat roof dormer, we added ferrens to create an 8inch flow to ensure water flows away from the house and instead reaches the guttering system below. We then applied a Firestone EPDM rubber roof covering to both dormers, followed by white, OG deep flow guttering to ensure the safety of the home.

Re-pointing 🏠💥

Take a look at some re-pointing jobs we have completed across West Yorkshire, the first being a standard brick chimney, on the second job we worked on some amazing Yorkshire stone and completed some ‘block pointing’! Finally we completed a job where we secured the ridge tiles back onto a beautiful home in Huddersfield!
