A full garden overhaul on this project in Meanwood, another garden where the pictures really do not do the finished article (or the amount of work) justice 😎💪🏻
⭐️We pretty much stripped everything out and, started again. Removing a very overgrown conifer hedge, replacing it with contemporary fencing, adding around 2 extra metres in width to the garden.
⭐️We laid a substantial paved area, out from the house, in raj green sandstone, continuing this with a path leading to the rear garden.
⭐️A gravel garden here, allowing for this space to be utilised in multiple ways
⭐️Arch ways and stepping stones, directing the eye towards the newly installed garden building, small seating area and newly laid lawn, to soften the area
⭐️Renovating a former bbq area, transforming it into an outdoor kitchen
Lighting was also added to give a great ambience on an evening, in to the night.
This project wasn't without its challenges and surprises. The only access was through the garage , which we had to transport around 50 tonne of material and waste, backwards and forwards through. The base and foundations of numerous garden building were found beneath the rear section of the garden, all of which had to be removed, to allow the new lawn free drainage, plus many other smaller things to overcome.
Although these hurdles and the weather made the job overrun, we worked with the customer towards their budget, ensuring we stayed within it.
The pictures really don't do the garden justice, a real Wow factor, from front to back.
