Harrogate Project | Complete ✨

After sharing the progress of this project over the last year, it’s great to finally show the finished result.

Set within one of Harrogate’s conservation areas, we worked alongside Ruth Donnelly Bourke Building Refurbishments , H.Y.M Joinery&Contracting Ltd and Knaresborough Kitchens to help transform this property into a modern, connected home whilst still retaining the character of the original building.

A lot of thought went into ensuring the technology and services complemented the design of the property. Lighting, audio, security, ventilation and smart home systems have all been carefully integrated, keeping everything clean and discreet while still delivering all the functionality of a modern home.

A brilliant project to have been involved with and a finished result the whole team can be proud of.

A great example of how technology can enhance a space without dominating the design.

Throughout this stunning North Yorkshire barn conversion, the electrical, lighting and home automation have been carefully integrated to complement the architecture and finishes. In the pool area, subtle lighting brings out the clean lines of the space and creates a completely different atmosphere as the daylight fades.

Invisible speakers allow high-quality audio to fill the room without any visible grilles or speakers interrupting the finish, while the home automation brings everything together for simple, intuitive control.

The end result is technology that’s there when you want it, but almost disappears when you don’t.

A project we’re incredibly proud to have been part of.

Set within one of Harrogate’s conservation areas, working alongside Ruth Donnelly Bourke Building Refurbishments H.Y.M Joinery&Contracting Ltd and Knaresborough Kitchens this stunning home is now entering the final stages of completion.

Our brief was to seamlessly integrate modern technology without compromising the architecture or interior design. Every system has been carefully planned and installed to work together, creating a home that’s intuitive, efficient and ready for the future.

One of our favourite projects is now nearing completion at Nether Timble.

The interior design stays true to the farmhouse feel, with carefully selected natural materials including linen, wicker and antique bronze and brass finishes, creating a warm, timeless space that feels both traditional and contemporary.

We’ve been proud to deliver the full M&E design and installation, on behalf of Dobson Construction, ensuring it complements, rather than competes with, the character of the property.
