We are seeking enthusiastic, hardworking, and reliable school or college leaver to join our growing construction team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn from skilled professionals, and build a long-term career in one of the UK’s most important industries.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Assisting skilled tradespeople on construction projects
* Learning practical construction skills
* Supporting site operations and maintaining safety standards
* Developing knowledge of building processes and techniques
* Working as part of a professional site team

What We’re Looking For

* College school / leaver aged 16+
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Interest in construction and the built environment
* Be able to drive is a bonus but not essential
