🚧 Another Successful Engineering Support Project Delivered 🚧
Over the past few weeks, Critical Ventilation Solutions has been proud to provide engineering support to UCV Services on a challenging and rewarding project.
Working alongside a great team, we've been involved in a range of critical commissioning and validation activities, including:
✅ Setting and commissioning TMVs while recording and verifying domestic water temperatures.
✅ Traversing main AHU ductwork with the BMS engineers adjusting flows to accurately establish and balance main air volumes.
✅ Setting and commissioning VAV terminals throughout the ventilation system to achieve the required airflow performance.
✅ Setting extract LEV fan volumes in preparation for the installation and commissioning of Contained Air Solutions MSC II safety cabinets.
Projects like this demonstrate the importance of precision, collaboration and attention to detail. From water hygiene and ventilation balancing through to specialist containment preparation, every activity contributes to delivering safe, compliant and high-performing critical environments.
