Alot of work carried out over the last month.
Testing and maintenance work for a client, the testing on these properties include Electrical installation condition reports (EICR), Emergency lighting 3 hour inspections, in-service inspection & testing (formerly Portable appliance test(PAT)) & annual smoke detector inspection.
Maintenance work I carried out were Electrical faceplate replacements, New pendant lights, Outside flood lights, Emergency exit push buttons, Iprated double sockets & Emergency bulkhead lights.
Electric vehicle charger completed in Armadale, where I installed a BG sync energy charger. Just in time for the customers electric car coming.
On another job the customer wanted his sockets in his new shed that was just built. This job was all installed in plastic conduit, I installed 2 iprated double sockets and fused spur which controls the iprated light & a socket outside for the new robotic lawnmower to get charged up.
This week I also completed phase 1, of a rewire, client asked me to upgrade his fuseboard, while carrying out the testing, I uncovered that the cables were still the original wiring from the 1960’s.
All the lighting and upstairs sockets had now been rewired and ready for decoration. While phase 2 requires the downstairs sockets and cooker supply to be rewired.
If you’re needing any electrical work carried out, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with me.
