When was the last time you checked your bathroom fan?

You you drive a car with no MOT?

Didn't think so... So why have you not checked your bathroom fan since it was installed?

Positioned high on a wall or on the ceiling, they are easy to ignore, but without proper maintenance, problems can occur.

The best place to start is by checking it still turns on.

Does it run properly? Does it sound normal? Is it extracting air efficiently?

If it's controlled by a humidity sensor, does it respond when humidity rises?

If it's a continuously running fan, is it running continuously?

These may seem like straightforward checks... That's because they are! But when life gets in the way, they are so easy to ignore.

So don't wait until condensation is running down the windows to do something about it.

It's officially Autumn! 🍂

With crisper days ahead now is the perfect time to start thinking about a ventilation upgrade.

Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) is a whole house ventilation solution that both supplies filtered air to living spaces and extracts stale humid air from areas such as bathrooms.

Within the unit the two airflows pass through a heat exchanger, transferring most of the heat out of the stale air and into the new air without mixing the two streams.

This means air coming into the home is pre-warmed, reducing the need for additional heating, making MVHR the perfect winter upgrade!

Available in a range of sizes, our HAVA units are a compact and easy to install on internal walls or service cupboards. They are simple to fit and maintain!

Don't worry we are not wishing summer away just yet...

But with the colder months looming just ahead, now is the best time to upgrade your ventilation.

Our DEXA HR Plus+ is the perfect solution for removing CO2 and other pollutants as well as preventing condensation and mould, improving indoor air quality.

When in extract mode the units high-efficiency ceramic heat exchange collects and retains heat from the extracted air, the majority of which is transferred to the incoming air during supply mode.

Meaning it can help reduce energy costs by helping retain heat within the home.

The perfect fan for a single room such as a living room or bedroom.

Modern construction standards are constantly improving airtightness and made natural ventilation insufficient.

We know this is true for kitchens, bathrooms etc. But what about your subfloor spaces.

Easily hidden and forgotten about, without proper ventilation, subfloor spaces can become vulnerable to serious problems such as rot and mould growth.

This can not only compromise the structural soundness of the property but also degrade indoor air quality and impacting the health of occupants.

Our Mori WMF subfloor fan delivers effective mechanical ventilation in both extract and supply configurations, allowing you to do whats best for your project.

The fan delivers up to 17 l/s of airflow and is externally mounted to simplify installation and maintenance, giving homeowners peace of mind that their space is protected.
