At The Loft Room we recognise how intrusive building work can be. How it can unbalance your home and life for that short period. One of our top priorities is to make sure your experience with us is as pain free and un-intrusive as possible. We appreciate that sometimes projects need to evolve once they are underway. Here at The Loft Room we are flexible when the project needs to adapt and we will go one step further to ensure those finer design points, as well as major build challenges are thought through and receive attention to the details.

🏆 400 CONSECUTIVE 5 STAR GOOGLE REVIEWS! 🏆

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not 400 reviews in total… 400 five star reviews in a row. 🤯

An incredible milestone and as far as we’re aware, something that has never been achieved before in the loft industry.

Every single one of those reviews represents a customer who trusted us with their home and was delighted with the result. That’s something we’re incredibly proud of.

A massive thank you to our entire team for maintaining such consistently high standards and of course to every customer who has taken the time to leave us a review. 🙌

400 down… next stop 500! 👊😎🔥

And here’s just a few photos of some of the 400 happy clients who helped us reach this incredible milestone! 🏡❤️👇

What a lovely family photo 🥰🏡

Meet Simon, Lottie and their five children!

With a growing family, they had been considering moving to a larger home to give everyone the space they needed. But after looking into the costs and upheaval of moving, they realised just how much they loved their current home, not to mention the friendships they’d built with their neighbours over the years.

So, rather than move house they decided to make better use of the home they already loved… and that’s where The Loft Room came in! ❤️

Simon and Lottie got in touch with us with one main goal… they desperately needed more space and wanted to know if we could create two additional double bedrooms, both with their own en-suites within their existing unused loft space.

After visiting the property, talking through their ideas and looking at what could be achieved, we were confident we could help create exactly the space their family needed.

Fast forward to today and what a transformation! 🙌

It’s fantastic to see the whole family looking so happy and settled. They now have the extra space they needed, they all have rooms of their own and best of all, they’ve been able to stay in the home and neighbourhood they already loved.

Sometimes you don’t need to move to find your dream family home… you just need to look up! 🏡✨

We’ve got professional photos of this beautiful loft conversion coming soon, but we couldn’t resist sharing these lovely family pictures in the meantime.

👉 And make sure you scroll right to the end to see how the property looked before the loft conversion.
