Gone from bushy hell to BOOM! 🌿➡️💥

All cleared, levelled and looking fresh — ready for a 10-car drive, apparently, according to Dan! 😂

Chris: “I know you’re small, but unless you’re driving toy cars, Dan…” 🤣

Realistically, we reckon you could comfortably get two cars on there — which is still a pretty impressive transformation! 🚗🚗

Another job turned from overgrown and unusable into a clean, practical space. 👌

From Overgrown to Outstanding! 🌿➡️🚗

This space had become seriously overgrown and unusable, so we stripped it right back, cleared the vegetation and transformed the area into a clean, practical parking space.

The result is a huge improvement — a low-maintenance gravel driveway that makes much better use of the available space, with a new timber boundary fence completing the transformation.

Another great example of how a tired and neglected area can be completely changed with the right preparation and a bit of hard work. 💪

And yes… Dan may have said it was ready for a 10-car drive. Chris would like it officially recorded that it will comfortably fit two — unless Dan has started buying toy cars. 😂

THE PATIO ARGUMENT 😂🧱

Dan: “Chris… we need to replace this patio.”

Chris: “Nah, it’ll be alright. Just needs a good clean.” 😂

Dan: “Chris, there are about 14 different types of paving in there.”

Chris: “Exactly… character.”

Dan: “That’s not character. That’s a cry for help.” 🤣

And so, after a very professional discussion between the two highly respected directors of DC Building & Maintenance… the entire lot got ripped out. 💥😂

What a transformation! 👌

We’ve replaced the tired, uneven and very mismatched old patio with a fresh new paved area, along with new fencing to finish everything off.

From “it’ll do” ➡️ “bloody hell, that looks good!” 😍

And of course, once the job was finished…

Chris: “Told you I had a plan.”

Dan: “YOU DIDN’T HAVE A PLAN.” 😂

WHAT A TRANSFORMATION! 😍🔥

From tired, uneven and mismatched paving… to a brand-new, clean and seriously smart patio area!

This one was a proper transformation. 💪
The original patio had a mixture of old slabs, worn concrete and areas that had clearly seen better days. The surface was uneven, tired and in need of some serious TLC.

We stripped it back, prepared the area and got to work laying a new Indian sandstone-style patio in a mixed natural grey/stone finish, creating a completely different look and feel.

The finished result? 👌
✨ A fresh, modern outdoor space
✨ Clean, neat pointing
✨ Beautiful natural variation in the paving
✨ A much more usable garden area
✨ New fencing to finish everything off
✨ A huge improvement to the overall appearance of the property.

Back from our holidays... and straight back to doing what we do best! 💪🔨

This weekend saw another fencing project completed over at Victoria Dock, giving this garden a fresh new look with a strong, durable boundary that's built to last.

🚧 OUT OF OFFICE... 🍹☀️

The DC lads have officially swapped their tool belts for sun loungers! 😎🍻

We're taking a well-earned break this week to recharge the batteries, soak up some sunshine and (hopefully!) come back with a tan... not just a sunburn! 😂
