Another one successfully completed by the Instamod Site Services team! 👏
We’ve just completed the installation of a 10-bay, multi-storey modular building for Wernick Refurbished Buildings.
Our supervisor has walked the completed building with the client, and we’re pleased to say everything has been signed off on our completion certificate ✅

A great result and another project delivered safely, professionally and to the required standard.

A massive well done to Mally & Thomas for the hard work and commitment throughout the project. 💪

🚧 42-BAY MULTI-STOREY MODULAR PROJECT UNDERWAY! 🚧

We’re pleased to share that Instamod Site Services have started the build of a 42-bay multi-storey CTX modular building for Cleveland Modular — another fantastic project that demonstrates the depth of capability across the Instamod Group Ltd

Working collaboratively with our sister company, Stenergy Electrical Contractors, Stenergy is taking care of the electrical and plumbing installations throughout the build, while Instamod Site Services will be responsible for installing the completed building at its final location in North Yorkshire over the coming weeks.

From off-site construction and M&E services through to installation and on-site support, this project is a great example of how the Instamod Group can provide a 360° support service to the modular construction industry.

🚐 The first of two new vans has arrived! 🚐

The latest addition to the Instamod Group fleet has landed, and we've decided to do something a little different... black! We think the new livery looks absolutely fantastic and really stands out. 👌

A big thank you to Neil Borrill at Business 101 for another first-class job and the excellent service, as always.

The internal racking is being fitted next week, and then it'll be hitting the road supporting our teams across the UK.

Keep an eye out for it – and watch this space for van number two! 👀
