Great 2nd viewing on this barn last weekend for a Class Q conversion for a 4 bed with 3 bay cart shed at the front, even comes with its own pond.

We had a very encouraging meeting with the vendors, not just for this site but also something very interesting indeed, which you'll find out about in due course.

One of the reasons I insist on making a site visit, and mainly only on weekends, is we get to meet the vendor personally aswell.

For me this is just as important as the site itself as we not only appraise the site, we appraise the vendors aswell.

In this case it looks like this site won't stack up on its own, but after vetting the vendors its clear that with the possibility for a Joint Venture and some other opportunities taken onboard with the right planning/design and vision could be very beneficial to all involved.

Still very early days but definitely one to keep an eye on.
