What an incredible transformation at our Bewdley project! 🔨✨

The customers have now had their kitchen fitted, and it looks absolutely amazing — it’s really brought the whole space together.

We’ve finished all the electrics, with a big thanks to Dan Tonks Electrical Services — as always, the best in the business you won’t find better ! ⚡️

We’ve also installed new oak doors throughout, with just two radiators left to fit. This project is looking fantastic and is now really starting to feel like a finished home! 👌

🚧 DROITWICH PROJECT – FINAL STAGES 🚧

We’re now nearing completion on our Droitwich project.

All new internal doors have been installed throughout the property, along with the skirting boards and architraves.

We’re now completing the final two bathrooms—the en-suite and main bathroom—before this full renovation is finished.

Another project coming together beautifully by JCT Building. 🔨

🚧 NEW EXTENSION… BIGGER PROBLEMS UNCOVERED 🚧

We’ve started a new extension in Worcester, but signs of subsidence led us to investigate the drainage.

We discovered a badly cracked six-inch sewer main, damaged pipes, new manholes required, an unconnected kitchen and bathroom waste pipe, plus a leaking copper water main beneath the floor.

A much bigger job than first expected, but everything is now being properly repaired and secured before the extension continues.

Another challenging project underway by JCT Building. 🧱🔨

Kidderminster project — End of Day 14 🧱🔨

Another productive day on site, with the brickwork now up to lintel height on the left-hand side of the extension.

The next stage is getting the scaffolding erected, ready for next week when we’ll be installing the structural steelwork.

Once the steels are in, we’ll move on to forming the flat roof before continuing upwards with the double-storey side extension.

Great progress after just 14 days on site! 👌

Bromsgrove extension update 🧱✨

This project has gone through a huge transformation, and it’s now really starting to take shape.

We have:

• Knocked through the rear of the existing house into the new extension
• Created a large open-plan living space
• Installed the structural steels
• Fitted the bifold and French doors
• Fully rendered the rear extension
• Completed and rendered the new front porch
• Plastered the entire property throughout
• Started installing the second-fix electrics

The next stages will be the floor preparation and kitchen installation, bringing us even closer to completing this full home transformation.

Another quality project by JCT Building. 🔨

🏗️ NEW PROJECT UNDERWAY – KIDDERMINSTER 🏗️

Another exciting project well underway for the JCT Building team! 👷‍♂️🔨

This one is a single-storey rear extension combined with a double-storey side extension, creating a huge amount of additional space for our clients.

Great progress already:

✅ Footings excavated
✅ Concrete poured
✅ Brickwork & blockwork up to DPC level
🔨 Drainage works now being prepared
🔨 Oversite floor preparation up next

Once the drainage is completed, we’ll be getting the oversite floor in and then pushing on with the build above DPC.

Plenty more to come from this one — keep your eyes peeled as we bring this project to life! 👀🏠

🏠 BEWDLEY PROJECT UPDATE 🏠

Sorry we’ve been a little quiet on here lately — we’ve been absolutely inundated with projects! 👷‍♂️🔨

Here’s one we’re now entering the final stages of in Bewdley.

We’ve transformed this space to create a large open-plan kitchen and living area, including:

🔨 Structural wall removal & steelwork
⚡ New electrics throughout
🚰 New plumbing
🪟 Large bifold doors, flooding the new space with natural light
🏡 Full preparation ready for the finishing stages

Next up is the new kitchen installation, followed by flooring throughout to bring everything together.

It’s been a huge transformation already and we can’t wait to show you the finished result.

👀 Keep your eyes peeled for the next update!

🔥 WOW… WHAT A TRANSFORMATION! 🔥

Our customer has just sent us over the finished photos from our Stourport project and what a difference!

We carried out all the major structural work on this one, removing walls and installing multiple steels to create this huge open-plan kitchen and living space.

Now the customers have put their own stamp on it and finished everything off, it looks absolutely incredible! 👌

This is exactly why we love what we do — completely transforming homes and creating spaces like this.
