🏡 Droitwich Extension Progress Update 🔨✨

Great progress made on this project with the gable ends now completed and the blockwork stage finished off 👌

Next step is roof trusses being installed on Monday, ready to get the roof fully watertight and keep this build moving forward quickly 🙌

Once the roof is completed, we’ll then be installing the windows and doors to get the property fully sealed up, ready for the internal works to begin.

After that, we move onto:
⚡ First fix electrics
🚰 First fix plumbing for the two upstairs bathrooms

This one is really starting to take shape now 🔥

🏡 Kidderminster Extension Progress Update 🔨✨

Another big stage completed on this project with the new bi-fold doors now fitted and the old existing rear wall fully removed to open up the space 🙌

We’ve also installed two new structural steel beams, connected into the existing steelwork, to create this large open-plan area ready for the next stages of the build 👌

Next up on site:

🚰 First fix plumbing for the kitchen & radiators
🏠 Insulation
🎨 Plasterboarding

Really starting to come together now and completely transform the rear of this property 🔥

Another great transformation underway by JCT Building 🔨✨

All internal walls have now been removed, the structural steels are fully installed, and the new patio doors are now in place 🙌

We’ve also removed the original side door into the garden and blocked it up, along with removing and bricking up the existing window to completely rework the layout and make better use of the space 👌

🍽️ Kitchen installation
🏡 Flooring throughout

Really starting to bring everything together now and completely transform this property.

Another project completed over in Bromsgrove ✅🏡

We had a slight delay waiting for the additional Welsh dresser to be installed, but now everything is finished and tied together perfectly 👌

I think you’ll agree the final finish on this one is absolutely stunning. From the kitchen installation through to the finishing details, this project has completely transformed the space into a modern, open and high-end living area.

Great progress being made on our Kidderminster extension project 🔨🏡

The brickwork and blockwork are now fully complete, with the new roof installed and tiled to match the existing property 👌

Next stages underway:
🔩 Internal steel installation
🚪 Bifold doors being fitted
⚡ New electrics throughout
🍽️ Preparation for removal of the old kitchen ready for the new installation

Another busy week for the team at JCT Building 🔨

We’ve been over in Stourport carrying out major structural alterations to create a large open-plan kitchen space for our customer.

The first two large steels have now been successfully installed, and we’ve begun rebuilding and bricking back in around the new openings ready for the next stages of the project 👌

Upcoming works include:
⚡ Full new electrics throughout
🍽️ Brand new kitchen installation
🏡 New flooring throughout the property

Great progress being made already and looking forward to bringing this transformation together over the coming weeks.

Full knock down ➡️ full rebuild 🔨

New job in Kidderminster — existing extension was poorly built, so we’ve completely demolished it and started again.

Now going back bigger, taking it across the full width of the rear 👌

✔️ Footings in
✔️ Up to DPC
✔️ Drainage installed

Next up 👉 oversite going in, then straight into brickwork 🧱

Built properly this time. No shortcuts.

Droitwich project 🏡🧱
Another Project Moving Along Nicely 🔨

Great progress on this double-storey extension — we’re now up to first floor height with both the brickwork and blockwork completed 🧱

We’ve started installing the floor joists on the side extension, which will then be wrapped through to form the structure for the rear extension. This ties everything together ready for the next phase.

Next up 👉 continuing with the brickwork and blockwork, pushing on towards roof level… then it’s time to get the roof structure on and bring the build to a watertight shell.

Everything coming together exactly how it should 👌
