Cute little tidy up job of this front patch.
We built a sleeper bed for planting and wrapped the surround with artificial grass for low maintenance fortis elderly couple.

Before this garden was messy, slippery and dangerous for its owners. Now it’s a multilayered low maintenance haven, and whilst everyone else’s grass is looking dead and yellow… this one will stay like this all year round 😉

Ripping up this tired poorly laid sandstone patio to replace it with beautiful acid washed limestone paving and limestone sets from along with replacing a horrific artificial lawn with grass and a planting scheme that will provide all year round interest.

We are a growing landscaping company specialising in high-end garden transformations and are looking for an experienced Team Leader / Skilled Landscaper to join our team.

This is a hands-on role for somebody who takes pride in producing high-quality work, can lead by example on site, and has strong experience across all aspects of landscaping.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing and working alongside a small team on domestic landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and sites run efficiently.

Experience Required

* Proven landscaping experience
* Ability to lead and motivate a team
* Confident reading plans and setting out jobs
* Strong knowledge of:
* Porcelain and sandstone paving
* Fencing
* Decking
* Sleeper work
* Artificial grass
* Turfing and planting
* Groundworks and drainage

Requirements

* Full UK driving licence
* Reliable and punctual
* Good communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to maintain high standards on site
* Professional attitude with clients and team members
