Selling or renting out a property in Bridgend or the surrounding area?

You'll need a valid EPC, and older homes are often marked down unfairly because the details get missed. I'm a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor and I specialise in older and traditional properties, so I know how to record solid walls, chimneys, windows and so on properly.

Not sure whether your current EPC is still valid or accurate? Message me the address and I'll check it on the register for free.

Also, from 2030 rented homes will need to reach an EPC C, so if you're a landlord with an older property it's worth knowing where you stand now.
