💥💥 Bannistet Replacement 💥💥

Ripped out the orginal flimsy banister and fitted a more Solid pine bannister along with a handrail so the client can get up and down the stairs with maximum support. I even had time to fit a mirror before leaving site💪

The client also wanted the stair case stained to match the existing skirtkings. I spent around an hour testing different colours of stain to get this right😅 teak with a gloss poly top coat if anyones would like to know!

Odd jobs💪

I pride myself on being the one stop shop for almost all rennovation aspects.

Why have the hassle of orginising and paying a sparky to fit new pendants and lights, then a plasterer to fix the holes left and then finally a joiner to do all your trim round your newly plastered bathroom.

I tell most my clients with multiple jobs around the house to write it all in a list and ill work my way through it for the entrie time im booked out for!

Never done this style before, matched to the rest of the property 💪💪

A little height left on the posts incase the client/ neighbours want to double slat it in the future🧐

Dismantle old fence✅️
Install Roughly 10m of fencing ✅️
Waste removal✅️

Unfortunately the neighbour's decking was built into the last fence but the solution was a post anchor using 100mm structural fixings into the frame of the decking to fit this new one.🫡

So glad to finish this room off for the client. I lining papered 3 walls and a feature wall before painting it all to finish.

I also scuffed up the radiator and repainted it white and the keen eyes will notice the black patio doors to finish the look.
