We've made great progress on this lovely two storey extension in Hawes, despite the tight access and unpredictable climate!

Front elevation has been raked out to match when the house is re-pointed.

Lots more to be done so watch this space!

Job is being carried out by K.H building contractors Ltd.

While the weather is gross and im finishing the day wet and cold 🥶, I've been reminiscing about warmer days and work in the summer!

This is probably my most rewarding and enjoyable jobs I took on last year.

This section of 200+ year old fruit wall had been removed to accommodate the new house, and ive re built it!!

Using the original handmade bricks and traditional lime mortar, and also chucking in a cheeky archway!!! 🧱🪄🧙‍♂️✨️

A small but necessary job in horsforth recently!

My clients garden steps and path on the driveway had buckled over time, becoming a real trip hazard!

- Old council style flags re-laid on a consolidated base and full bed.

- Knackered steps replaced with tumbled yorkstone walling and indian paving.

-brickwork up to DPC re-pointed and brick repairs done 🧱😄🧱

Another happy customer and a safe walkway ready for the spring gardening! 🏡👩‍🌾

Had to work some magic into this one!!

Full rebuild of front and side of porch, and front of house was all largely damaged from a car crash. It was a time consuming and precarious operation, but always up for the challenge! New cills, brickwork, meter box and all small fixings and sealing done to same spec.

Its like I was never there... 🧙‍♂️🪄🧱👀

A little feature wall with hearth and patio i built for a customer in ilkley.
The customer had the great idea to create a cosy gazebo with a fireplace in an unused section of garden.
Just awaiting the log burner and some finishing touches and it will all be in ready for Christmas 🎄 😀

Had to fight through the wet and cold of november to get this one wrapped up, but got there!

Knocked down the old unstable steps and re built with a double skin random stone wall, topped with sawn stone copings.
Extended the driveway to give more room for parking and built the boundary wall.

Having to come back in the new year for the second phase, which will be finishing the wall, paving, fence and landscaping, so watch this space!! 😄
