We are pleased to share the completion of a full refurbishment project across all five floors of an apartment building, transforming the communal corridors into a cleaner, brighter and more professional environment.

Scope of works included:

- Repairing and preparing walls and surfaces.
- Preparing and repainting all walls and ceilings.
- Repairing, preparing and repainting skirting boards and doors.
- Removing and replacing the existing carpet with new carpet tiles.
- Installing door kick plates for improved protection and durability.
- Installing and fitting the required signage throughout the communal areas.

Garden Wall Restoration | CrisDecorators

Another exterior restoration project completed by CrisDecorators.

The garden wall had suffered from blown and deteriorating render, requiring extensive preparation and restoration to achieve a clean, durable finish.

Work carried out:

- Removal of all loose, blown and damaged render.
- Thorough cleaning and preparation of the existing brickwork.
- Application of SBR bonding agent to improve adhesion.
- Application of two coats of fresh render to restore the wall's surface.
- Final decoration using Dulux Weathershield Masonry Paint for a clean, uniform finish and weather protection.

The result is a fully restored garden wall with a smooth, fresh appearance.

Porch Wall Structural Repair | CrisDecorators

This porch had suffered from wall movement, resulting in significant cracking and separation in the brickwork.

Our team carried out the necessary structural repairs, including:

- Raking out and cleaning the existing cracks and damaged mortar joints.
- Installing Helifix helical bars with structural resin to reinforce and stabilise the wall.
