RM Air Conditioning Ltd is looking for an Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team
We’re looking for someone who is hardworking, reliable and keen to build a career in the air conditioning industry. We welcome applications from experienced engineers as well as candidates with relevant practical experience who are eager to learn and develop.
🔧 The Role
You’ll work across a range of commercial and domestic sites, carrying out:
• Air conditioning installations
• Servicing and planned maintenance
• Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs
• Work on split, multi-split and other systems
• Job sheets and site documentation
• Professional customer service
• Safe working and high-quality workmanship
✅ Ideally, you’ll have:
• Experience in air conditioning, refrigeration or a similar trade
• Installation, servicing, repair or diagnostic experience
• City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas qualification preferred
• Working at Height and IPAF qualifications are beneficial
• Chiller and refrigeration experience is an advantage
• Good practical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A professional, can-do attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence preferred
🎓 Training and additional qualifications can be provided for the right candidate.
