It's all go today. Orders for Kentwell Midsummer complete. Husband's coat made, three coifs done, car stuffed to the gunnels. Totes pleased to have got 23 baskets in.
Oh wait! I forgot the willow! I have to stuff a couple of armfuls of willow in. Will I manage it????????
On the upside I found my Victorian glasses down the back of the sofa. (It was under the futon actually.)

Time to prioritise the 10 things I'm doing at once.
The hospital phoned my husband. We have a drop out. Come for day long scans on Wednesday. We'll make you radioactive like Spiderman. I can't let him go alone. What can I do to pass the time? I usually read a book. I can't take dripping wet willow or do metal bashing. Will anyone notice me finishing off coifs or sewing a mile of linen into a ruff? 🤔🤔🤔

I don't advertise that I do this because it's a bleep bleep bleep to do but I can rivet aiglets onto ties like what they used to do back in Tudor days. I'm very sad to say that getting the right kind of rivet has become very expensive so I'm having to put up the price to £3 a tie.

Yesterday at the Weald and Downland Museum. I was in the Toll House, a two room cottage and Paul was upstairs in the Market Square. We had a whale of a time despite the almost non stop drizzle and showers and the chill in the air. A touch of the Regency summer with no sun. I didn't sell a single straw hat suitable for a country picnic. My Little Red Riding Hood cloak worked a treat keeping me dry on my journey to the loo, though.

Oh... I was doing ten things at once.
1 Washing up after the Regency gig.
2 Ironing my Regency underwear
3 Sticking soles back on shoes.
4 Making pins.
4 Dyeing tape.
5 Finishing whisks.
6 Putting handles on baskets.
7 Hardening feather tips for quills.
8 Drying rose petals for my next soap ball making gig
9 Sewing a codpiece onto some hose.
10 Posting off an order.
No wonder I felt pooped before I'd even started.😴

Thinking of the upcoming Magic Weekend we have our homunculus, the top is chained on, you need a padlock said a random bright spark. I thought I was daft keeping a drawer of stuff I don't know what to do with but look! A padlock.
