📍 Bevi smart water dispenser Install – Moorgate

This system isn’t a standard cooler — it’s a Wi-Fi connected dispenser supplying filtered still and sparkling water, with multiple flavour options all controlled via a touchscreen interface.

To accommodate the unit, we lifted the raised floor, carefully ran a new cold water supply through the floor void, securely clipped and protected the pipework, and worked around existing services with minimal disruption.

Once installed and tested, the flooring was fully reinstated, leaving a clean, concealed finish and a fully operational smart dispenser ready for daily office use.

🔧 Revisit – Office | Canary Wharf ☕️

Returned to site to carry out permanent remedial works to the coffee machine drainage on behalf of Concept Interiors.

The original waste had insufficient fall. We re-routed the drainage to provide a direct and correct fall into the drain, ensuring proper operation and preventing future issues.

All works tested and left in full working order ✅

🚨 Emergency Call-Out | Canary Wharf 🚨

Attended an urgent call-out to an office in Canary Wharf following a leak from a coffee machine.

After investigation, the issue was found to be an incorrectly installed waste hose, which had insufficient fall to allow the waste water to drain correctly.

We were able to carry out a temporary repair by re-routing the hose to a lower drainage point to stop the leak and make the area safe.

We’re now booked back in tomorrow (Christmas Eve) to re-route the drainage properly and ensure a compliant, long-term installation.

🚨 Boiler Call-Out – F.347 Fault 🚨

Attended a boiler breakdown caused by a blocked condensate line.
On investigation, the condensate pipework was found to be incorrectly installed and kinked, causing the fault.

Condensate drained, pipework altered and boiler fully tested and recommissioned.

✅ Left in full working order.

Call out to Wembley for a blocked gully 🔧

CCTV inspection carried out and found tree roots had grown into the gully, causing damage and a blockage.

Concrete surrounding the gully was gunned out to gain access, the damaged gully removed and replaced, then fully tested and left running as it should. Recommendations given to help prevent future issues.
