Monday Called out to fix a Worcester Bosch green star boiler in Hornchurch.

Boiler not firing up.
We found that the condense trap was blocked, caused by lack of servicing.
Cleaned out trap, serviced boiler now all working fine now.

Today's the day to exercise your heating.
There's a good chance that you've not used your central heating system for about 4 months. Your central heating system has a number of components, valves, diverter etc that can become seized if not exercised. Since today is much colder than it has been turn up your thermostat and get your heating working for 15 minutes and then turn off again.
Doing this will help to ensure that the heating will work when you need it later in the year.
You should exercise your heating once a month.
