While on site we have encountered: Active woodworm / deathwatch beetle infestation, Property at flood risk, Defective roof coverings, Overgrown strictures, 1980's Timber frame construction, Defective boundary walls, Unsuitable balustrades, And a bedroom in a conservatory.

While on site we have encountered: Dodgy damp proof course systems, Condensation damage, Roots in drains, Warped cladding, Retro bathrooms, Unventilated roof and floor voids, and Fiberglass backed roofing felt.
