After fitting the gates we demolished a garage and outbuildings.
The access is really tight and there was no way to get a grab wagon close enough, theres no place for skips due to limited parking so Howford Recycling Ltd came to the rescue and sent a telehandler and wagon to take all the waste away. They will be back again in a week or so time to get the rest of the soil once ive got it all dug out.
Theres a new garage with attached laundry room and storage area above.

Very large very heavy gates fitted at the start of this week, all materials supplied by Jackson timbers in hexham.
These gates add a bit of security to what was a dead area that is now being used for car and caravan storage

New driveway getting done. I did all the prep work, theres over 60T of upfil went in. The kerbs are sandstone setts, im not doing the tar. The customer organised for a tarring company to follow up after i had finished.
I built the porch earlier in the year and will be back later this summer to do the rear garden and finish off the front
