A big day on our West Kirby rear extension project!

The existing roof has now been fully stripped, with new felt and battens installed across the whole roof.

will be back tomorrow to start the tiling, tying the existing roof into the new extension.

The new roof will give the entire property a fresh, modern look while protecting it for many years to come.

Our Moreton new build project is edging closer and closer to the finish line!

Second fix is well underway, with the majority of the bathrooms, kitchen, and utility room now complete.

Tony walks us through the property and highlights some of the great work done over the past month.

Plastering is well underway on our Hoylake renovation project. The top floor is now fully plastered, and while our plastering team continues on the lower two floors, our joinery team is following closely behind with the second-fix skirting and architraves.

This coordinated approach keeps the project flowing smoothly and ensures a high-quality finish throughout. We’re really pleased with how the natural light from the new roof light has really brightened up this once dark landing.

The roof is now on for our Hoylake renovation project, ready for our roofing partners to return and complete the final coverings.

The flat roof will feature a large roof lantern to bring plenty of natural light into the new space. Our joinery team have created a hipped fall to the flat roof, ensuring a consistent fascia board detail on both sides.

We are back at our West Kirby extension project, where we are almost complete.

We are currently refurbishing the downstairs utility room now that the main extension only has a few snagging items left to complete.

This extension is a little different in that it features a broken-plan design, with two separate spaces that can be opened up for open-plan living, giving the best of both worlds.

A week after we have finished the blockwork on our West Kirby extension and our joinery team have completed the roof.

A double gable has been added to tie in with the size and design of the original roof whilst achieveing the necessary falls.

A structural steel beam has been added to the centre of the two gables to achieve the correct support as the room below the new roof is an open space.

Once our client has chosen the roof tile we will be stripping the entire roof to install a brand new roof across the entire home.

Our roofing partner have installed a brand new roof to both the existing property and the new extension, creating a seamless and cohesive finish across the entire home.

Inside, we’ve removed internal walls to open up the space and create a large, modern open-plan living area.

Big progress at our Hoylake renovation!

With the wall now built up to wall plate height, we were finally able to install the structural steelwork.

Working with , we’ve put in the steel to support the upper floor above the original kitchen. This allows us keep the existing upstairs layout while significantly increasing the size of the kitchen downstairs — creating a much larger open-plan space.

Tony is back with another update from one of our three ongoing projects in West Kirby.

It’s only been five weeks since we started on site, and the two-storey rear extension is now structurally complete, ready for the roof and windows to be installed.

We’re creating a large open-plan kitchen and living area downstairs, with a spacious master bedroom, en suite, and walk-in wardrobe upstairs.

We’re really pleased with the progress so far and can’t wait to share the next update next month!

The kitchen on our Moreton new build is really coming together, with only the final finishing touches left to do.

This is a contemporary take on a traditional in-frame kitchen, featuring real timber doors and face frames that have been carefully hand-painted. Internally, the carcasses have a luxurious walnut-effect finish.

Chrome door handles add to the premium feel and beautifully tie in with the lighting and Quooker hot tap.

The stunning quartz worktop features a soft bullnose edge, which mirrors the elegant ogee detailing on the kickboards and cornice.

As always, the floors are fully protected while we complete the internal fit-out. We’ll be back for a final photoshoot once everything is finished!
