🚨 Apprentice Welder/Fabricator Opportunity 🚨
We’re looking to recruit a full-time Apprentice Welder/Fabricator to join the team at N J Slee Welding Ltd.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade, earn while they learn, and build a long-term career in the welding and fabrication industry.
You’ll work alongside experienced fabricators and welders on a wide variety of projects, including:
• Structural steelwork
• Bespoke fabrication
• Pipework
• Site installations
• General engineering
We’re looking for someone who is:
✔ Hard-working and reliable
✔ Keen to learn
✔ Punctual with a good attitude
✔ Able to work well as part of a team
✔ Interested in engineering and fabrication
Requirements:
✔ Must be 18 or over (due to some of the sites we work on)
✔ Driving licence (or close to passing your test)
You’ll receive structured training as part of your apprenticeship while gaining valuable hands-on experience in our busy workshop.
No previous experience necessary—just the right attitude and willingness to learn.
This role would particularly suit someone based in or around Helensburgh, as you’ll be working out of our Garelochhead and Dumbarton workshops, as well as various sites we operate on.
