Week 1 of the kitchen extension 🏡

The weather may not of been on our side this week 🌧️ 💨 but nothing stops us
Day 1- prepared the ground and started to dig out (unfortunately we discovered a leak from next doors water pipe)
Day 2-dug out foundations trench
Day 3-building control visit to pass the dig
Day 4- foundations concreted
Day 5- site clean up and preparation to start the build on Monday

Today marks the start of my next kitchen/diner rear extension 🏡 🔨 🪛 👨 👨

I will post weekly updates of my progress ✅

This is for anyone thinking of getting an extension.
We know it’s a really big deal, we know it’s a massive investment and we know it’s a big expense 💰 so you need to get the right builders 👷

This job will be starting on Monday 17th August with a completion date around Christmas 2026. A 2 man team will do it from start to finish. We are good, reliable, punctual and clean workers so if you are thinking about an extension…… Watch this space 😊

Today we got all our scaffolding and tools over all ready for next week 💯
