A couple of weeks ago we had a big three day job reducing a number of Cypress trees. The client was concerned about the trees as one of the trees had failed and as the rest were in poor condition, it would be safer to have them all reduced. This decision was made after much deliberation and was the only real option. It was confirmed during the work that some of the trees did have major splits in them and were rightly of concern. By reducing the trees to a more manageable height and with autumn and winter looming, it is hoped they will rejuvenate into a more healthy, safe high hedge. After receiving planning permission and conducting a thorough, negative, bird nest survey, we began the work on the Monday. Thought it would be of interest to see a brief glimpse of the work three crew a van and chipper can do in 3 very warm days!🥵
Thanks to both Mark and Fred for their help on this job, without them it would not have been possible👍👍
