This room has had a proper overhaul, SWIPE through to see it come together!👌

We stripped it right back and worked through the important stuff first, including the electrics, walls, windows, plastering and flooring.

The original fitted cabinetry had been built across part of one of the windows, which made the layout feel awkward and limited how well the space could be used. With three windows in the room, we chose to infill one opening and create a cleaner, more practical wall arrangement.

For now, we’ve made the room work around the wardrobes we already had available, but there’s still scope to bring fitted cabinetry back in the future, just with a much better layout and a more modern finish ✨

It’s a good example of how a refurbishment isn’t always just about making a room look newer. Sometimes it’s about improving the layout, making the space work better and leaving it ready for the next stage.

For now, it’s a great result. The room feels brighter, cleaner and far more practical, with plenty of potential for when the time is right. 🏡

A small structural change can make a big difference to how a room works.

This room originally had three windows, so one of the openings was no longer necessary for the way the space was going to be used!

As part of the refurbishment, the redundant window was infilled and made good, creating more usable wall space and giving the room a much more practical layout.

Sometimes the best improvements aren’t about adding more they’re about making better use of what’s already there 🏡 ✨

A kitchen brought right up to date 👌

We stripped back the dated finishes and gave this space a complete refresh, with crisp white cabinetry, oak-effect worktops, grey metro tiling and herringbone flooring bringing everything together.

The result is brighter, cleaner and far more practical, while still making the most of the existing space.

A great example of how the right updates can completely change the look and feel of a room 🏡

A project we’re really pleased to see come together 👌✨

This focuses on the front room and dining space, but there’s been a lot more involved across the wider property.

The two rooms were opened up to create a better flow, the dated fireplace and hearth removed, and the spaces fully refreshed with new flooring, lighting, decorating and all finishing touches.

The property also benefited from new windows and doors throughout, along with a full rewire bringing everything up to a modern standard behind the scenes as well as on the surface.

A lot of work behind the finished result, but definitely worth it!! 🤩🏡

Transformation time ✨

A complete change, created around exactly what this family wanted and needed from their living space.

The original fireplace and raised brickwork took up valuable room and, with young children in the family, they wanted a more open, practical space with fewer trip hazards and less to worry about.

From the new layout and feature wall to the lighting and finishing touches, the choices were theirs. Our job was to bring their vision to life 🔨

The result is a brighter, more modern family room that makes better use of the space and, most importantly, works for them and their everyday life🏡
