This customer was experiencing low water pressure at all hot outlets.
After checking pipe work within cylinder we found large amounts of scale build up blocking and restricting the flow of water.
This over time has drastically dropped the water pressure to this unvented cylinder.
The cylinder was replaced for a Baxi unvented 145 litre system. With a Fernox inline mains scale reducer. This will prolong the life of the new hot water system.
