🏠 ROOFLINE REPAIRS – BEFORE IT GETS WORSE!

What started as failing guttering revealed badly rotten timber behind, leaving sections of the roofline with very little support.

We removed all the rotten material, carried out the necessary timber repairs and installed new UPVC Fascia boards and gutters getting the roofline secure, watertight and doing its job properly.

⚠️ Damaged gutters and rotten fascias can often go unnoticed until the problem becomes much bigger — especially when water has been getting behind them for years.

We stripped out the old rotten fascias and soffits, replaced the damaged timber where required, then fitted brand new white uPVC fascias, soffits, gutters and a new downpipe to give this property a smart, low-maintenance finish that’s built to last.

Small repointing repair completed after the original mortar had failed and started allowing moisture into the property causing damp issues.

All loose and failed pointing removed and replaced to help protect the brickwork and stop further water pe*******on 💧🏠
