Before, during and after, our customers wanted access to their garage via the house so we made that possible for them, we picked an area for the new doorway supported the brickwork above, installed two concrete lintels, packed up existing brick work, carefully cut out a section of the wall, knocked off all existing plaster from the full wall, dry lined it, then skimmed it, we then fit an oak fire door and casing and finished with chamfered architrave.

Got called to a leaking roof section of a bay window, the existing flashing had eroded over time allowing water ingress, so we fitted a new osb board, Firestone epdm and new code 4 lead flashing sealed in with lead sealant.
