Problem drain in Dovercourt have carried out cctv survey free of charge after unblocking to inspect cause.
Discovered a few holes found out it is shared with neighbour so told customer to phone Anglian water as they take over the responsibility for drain.
Therefore the works won’t cost the customer a penny.

Have an elderly customer I have looked after for years who refuses to replace her original toilet & bathroom suite.
So managed to remove Wc pan set in cement on concrete floor without breaking it & also cistern with rusted bolts.
Renewed pan connector plus siphon & ball-valve to cistern.
Put back in anything is possible with can do attitude.& 41 years of plumbing know how.
Definitely go the extra mile for my customers

Renewed in harwich like for like brittle waste pipe broken & leaking under concrete floor causing damp issues also unblocked gulley hidden internally under floor covering not ideal but I will make sure water tight on completion
