🔨 Second-Floor Extension Upgrade 🔨

We recently completed a major refurbishment to this 1970s second-floor extension.

The project started with a full strip-out of the existing slate and old insulation, taking the structure back to its frame. This allowed for a proper assessment and an upgrade to modern standards.

It was clear the original window had reached the end of its lifespan, so it was removed and replaced with a new, energy-efficient unit 🪟- improving both appearance and thermal performance.

The extension has now been re-insulated and finished with sleek vertical cladding, giving it a clean, contemporary look while significantly improving durability and efficiency ✨

We’ve just completed a beautiful hallway and staircase transformation, and we’re really pleased with how it’s turned out 🎨✨

We installed a new pine dado rail and barrel mould panneling throughout the hallway and up the stairs, adding character, warmth and a timeless feature to the space. The walls above the panelling were finished in a clean, bright white, while the panelling itself was painted in a soft, elegant cream - a classic combination that really lifts the whole entrance 🤍✨

This upgrade has completely refreshed the home, creating a warm, welcoming and stylish first impression 🏡💫

Delighted to share a recent transformation we’ve completed 🎨✨

This project involved a full repaint of a large kitchen, utility room and toilet - and the results have completely refreshed the home. The kitchen and utility have gone from a darker colour to a soft, modern pink, instantly lifting and brightening the space. Fresh white ceilings and woodwork give everything a clean, crisp finish.

The toilet now features a rich, dark green for a bold, contemporary look that really stands out 🤩
