After >>> before. A faux chimney breast can completely change the look of a room. Creating space for shaker cabinets and shelving within the newly formed alcoves either side. This build was finished with an electric log burning stove, on a traditional stone hearth, with an oak Mantel installed above.

Been a good few weeks since I’ve posted on here, so here’s a quick post on the latest project. This maisonette is undergoing a full refurbishment and L-shape loft conversion. So far all the ceilings and most of the internal walls have been taken down, the loft steel work and floors are in, the front roof pitch has been finished and is now ready for the three large Velux’s to be installed. Bricklayer will start on Monday in order to build up the Parapet walls in either side, so the dormers can be built. Regular updates to come 📸 @ Tooting Bec
