Another fantastic transformation completed by the Tint Doctor team.

Following alterations to this property, the new brickwork didn’t tie in with the original brick bond, and left two long vertical mortar joints that immediately drew the eye.

This wasn’t a straightforward brick tinting project. Our technicians carefully recreated the original brick bond by cutting in new mortar joints, filling and texturing the existing continuous joints to replicate brickwork, before expertly tinting the new bricks to blend seamlessly with the surrounding brickwork.

The result is a natural looking finish that makes the alterations virtually disappear.

It’s jobs like these that really showcase the skill involved in specialist brick tinting and brick repairs.

This brick boundary wall already looked great, but the light mortar joints stood out against the dark bricks.

We colour-matched and tinted the mortar joints to blend seamlessly with the brickwork, creating a cleaner, more premium finish. The result is a wall that looks richer, more uniform, and lets the brick take centre stage.

This detached new-build in Maidstone had a very noticeable dark band running across the rear and side flanks, caused by a concentration of black, unmixed bricks. Depending on the angle and lighting, it really stood out and distracted from an otherwise beautiful property.

Our specialist Brick Tinting service was used to carefully blend the darker bricks into the surrounding brickwork, creating a far more uniform and natural appearance – without replacing a single brick!

New brick → Heritage finish

This bike store extension has been Brick Tinted to match an old hospital dating back to 1820. This change removes the harsh new-build look and creates a natural aged blend.

As this is a Grade II listed building, accuracy isn’t just about aesthetics. Every tone and variation was carefully considered to respect the building's history and ensure the extension enhances rather than detracts from its heritage.
