Roedd yn fraint cael gwahoddiad i ddod at ein gilydd efo grŵpiau Bwyd Bendigedig eraill dros Gogledd Cymru, ac i glywed sgwrs hollol ysbrydoledig gan Pam Warhurst, sefydlydd y grwp Bwyd Bendigedig gyntaf! 🌱😍

Fan ni'n ffodus i gael Tim o Sticks Unlimited i ymuno ni i ddangos sut i wneud..
We are lucky to have Tim from Sticks Unlimited joining us to show us how it's done..

🌿. Hedgelaying Demonstration

Come and see how overgrown hedges can be restored. Ysgol Rhiwlas has a row of trees on its boundary that need to be lower and thicker to become a hedge for shelter, shade and wildlife.

There will be a demonstration of the techniques of hedgelaying in the school grounds between 10 and 1 on Saturday 16th. It would help if you could let us know if you’re intending to come by *messaging us at Incredible Edible Rhiwlas / Bwyd Bendigedig Rhiwlas , or on 07528749695*

There will be an opportunity to try out some of the techniques. Instruction and tools will be provided. Please wear warm clothing and sturdy footwear. Bring gloves if you have them.

Rydan ni'n rhan o brosiect garddio dros plwyf Llanddeiniolen gyfan. Dewch i Caffi'r Bedol, Bethel, nos Fawrth nesaf i glywed mwy am be sy'n digwydd yn Rhiwlas ac ym mhentrefi eraill, ac i drafod be arall allwn ni wneud.. :) 🌱

We are part of a parish-wide gardening project that covers Llanddeiniolen. Come to Caffi'r Bedol, Bethel, next Tuesday evening to hear more about what's happening in Rhiwlas and other villages - and be part of the discussion about what we can do next.. :) 🌱

Byddwn yn gorffen llenwi ein bocsys newydd ar Caeau Gleision dydd Sadwrn yma.
Garddio am 10yb, yna bydd paned ar gael tua 11yb

Dewch lawr i helpu, ac i ddweud wrthym beth hoffwch chi cael ei blannu yn y bocsys!

We'll be finishing filling our new planter boxes at Caeau Gleision this Saturday.
Gardening from 10am, with tea & coffee around 11am

All welcome - come down to lend a hand, and let us know what you'd like to see planted in the boxes!

Roedd yn bleser mawr cynnal sesiwn coginio efo Ffern Tyddyn Teg, yng nghegin newydd sbon Neuadd Pentref Rhiwlas - efo awyrgylch o gymorth, cydweithio ac ymlacio 💚
Gwnaethom ni drio o saladau a themau mediteranaidd - blasus iawn! 😋

Byddwn yn gwneud ail sesiwn ym mis Tachedd, i wneud cawl a bara soda - dyddiad i'w gadarnhau!

It was a great pleasure holding a cooking session with Tyddyn Teg Cooperative in the brand new kitchen of the village hall - with a supportive, cooperative & relaxing atmosphere 💚
We made a trio of salads with a mediterranean theme - very tasty!

We'll be doing a second session in November, making soup and soda bread - date to be confirmed!

Yn anffodus, mae un o'n tylwyth gegin yn sal wythnos yma, felly bydd rhaid gohirio ein sesiwn coginio yforytan dyddiad arall. Ymddiheuron i bawb oedd eisiau dod!
Bydd y sesiwn ar yr 18fed dal yn mynd yn ei flaen - linc isod i bwcio lle - a byyddwn yn trefnu dyddiad arall i gynnig cyfle arall i chi coginio a bwyta bwyd blasus efo ni! :)

Unfortunately one of our cooking fairies is unwell this week, so the first cooking session will be postponed to another date. Apologies to all who hoped to come!
The session on the 18th will be going ahead - link below to book a space - and we'll find another date to offer you another opportunity to prepare and eat delicious food together! :)

We'll be preparing meals using fresh, organic, seasonal produce, with guidance and inspiration from the crew at Tyddyn Teg Cooperative - and using the brand new kitchen at the Village Hall!
