Not all leaks are visible 😕 unfortunately leaks can happen at anytime, and surprise you when you least expect it 😱

A friend of ours had water coming through their ceiling, it was coming through by the lights, the ceiling was ruined as it was wet through.
Scott made an emergency visit on a Saturday to see what was happening.
The water was turned off and made safe, so no more damage was being done. The ceiling had to be opened up to find the problem.
The ceiling was already falling apart as it had too much water damage. So Scott had to remove the worst of the ceiling that was damaged and gain access to the pipe that was causing all the problems.
The area was made safe and left to dry out over night.
Scott came back on the Sunday morning to fully repair the pipe that had a couple of pin holes in it.
It's surprising just how much damage a couple of tiny holes can do.
The faulty pipe was taken out and the new pipe was installed.
Scott put the water back on to test and all was ok.
Thankfully all was sorted out, no more issues.
Water leaks can happen at any time, and can cause a lot of damage to properties.
A follow up with our friend a couple of times to make sure no further problems, and happy to report back all is ok.
