&sales Full dig out and removal of old patio which has been re used as hard core after going through the crusher . Area leveled and all ready to start slabbing tomorrow. Access very tight on this one as you can see

Another fantastic transformation completed in Ormesby today at the Persimmon Homes site.

Old garden hadn't been touched site house was build and customer wanted a low maintenance garden where the kids could also play aswell. 7Ton of hardcore type1 supplied by Great Yarmouth Aggregates Ltd who provided quick turnaround when needed. Lovely kandla grey porcelain supplied by Silverton Aggregates & Builders Merchants Ltd . Small little stoned area in a unusable corner has created a excellent little storage area . The big wow factor is the artificial grass again supplied by Silverton Aggregates & Builders Merchants Ltd which has created a great space for the kids to enjoy. We have also moved the gate so it now doesn't open onto the patio doors. And time we were there there was a existing fence post which was loose so we also replaced free of charge to save any damage to the the newly installed area.

Nice little patio completed in carlton colville this week.

Forgot to take a before photo but old decking was removed and new porcelain paving installed with a lovely sleeper edge.
Now a usable space for the customers to enjoy.

A little makeover for a customer in bradwell last week.

Old lawn removed, fresh top soil added, leveled and new turf laid.

Bottom area of the garden was a great little sun trap which was unused .
Grey kandla sandstone added with a lovely little retaining wall to separate the turf area and new paving .

Now thats that you call a makeover.

I first started working for these customers 20 years ago for my previous employer and have been involved in loads of changes over the years but have to say this has topped them all.

Customers were looking for something lower maintenance and after years of struggling with keeping the lawn in top shape it was time for artificial grass.
A full digout and artificial grass installed with a lovely sandstone circle in the center.

Beds have been tidied up with extra plants and stone added.
All fence panels painted and Pagola also given a lick of paint.

Front garden has seen the biggest transformation again all bushes removed and full digout .
Artificial grass again added with some lovely grey porcelain and anthracite plants ordering it.
Beds have again been transformed with key kerb edgings and finished off with conifer plants which will be shaped in time to give them a formal look.
Beds all finished off with black ice stone.
