Michael caught up with Steve, one of our valued team members here at ELE Developments.

Steve is a brilliant example of the people we’re lucky enough to have working with us. He takes real pride in his work, is always willing to go the extra mile and has built some great relationships with our customers along the way.

We’re incredibly proud of the projects we deliver, but Michael is equally proud of the people behind them.

A big thank you to Steve for everything he does. It certainly doesn’t go unnoticed!

You might remember us introducing this project last month… now Michael is giving us a little more background on what’s ahead. 👷‍♂️

We first started liaising with the client around 18 months ago, with plans originally drawn up for their existing property.

Things then took a slightly different direction when they decided to purchase the property next door. The project was put on hold while the purchase went through, before heading back to the drawing board to redesign the plans around both properties.

The result? Two properties being knocked through and transformed into one home…and there’s going to be plenty to follow as this one progresses.

Six weeks into our latest project in Barton, Preston and things are progressing really well on site! 🏡

We’re working in partnership with Studio John Bridge Architects on this one, bringing the plans to life and creating something really special for our clients.
