🌲 Half a days work… in just 7 seconds. ⏱️

This Leylandii had become too large for its surroundings, reducing light and taking up valuable garden space, so it was time for it to come down.

But the story didn't end there... 🌱 The woodchip was taken to a neighbouring garden to be reused as mulch. Mulch helps to retain moisture, suppress weeds and improve soil health naturally, while the trunk was repurposed for crafts!

🥵 30°C, a 70ft pine tree and not a lot of shade! 🌲☀️

This mature pine stood on the boundary of a property, so every section had to be carefully rigged and lowered in a controlled manner to protect the surrounding area.
Once we reached a safe height, the remaining stem was felled to complete the job.

This was an absolute mammoth task for the team, with pieces of wood weighing over 100kg needing to be removed - by hand!

A tough day in the heat, but another safe removal completed by the team 💪
