This position offers hands-on training and the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the field. As a trainee, you will assist in various aspects of industrial roofing projects, gaining valuable skills and knowledge along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the installation and repair of industrial roofing systems

- Learn to operate roofing equipment and tools safely and effectively

- Follow instructions from experienced roofers to ensure project completion according to specifications

- Maintain a clean and organised work environment

- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:

- First and foremost: a great positive attitude

- No prior experience required; willingness to learn and work hard

- Physically fit and able to work at heights

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

- Ability to follow directions and work well within a team

- Valid driving licence

Project complete in Glenrothes ✅

Another successful completion of this new-build roof and wall cladding project in
Glenrothes.

Working alongside the wider construction team, we delivered a complete insulated building
envelope, helping bring this new industrial facility to life.

From roof and wall cladding installation through to flashings and rainwater goods, the project
was completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of finish.
