Part-Time Administration Clerk
We are looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Administration Clerk to join our busy sandstone restoration company.
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support, helping to ensure the smooth running of the office and providing a professional service to our customers.
Key Duties
• Answering telephone calls and responding to customer enquiries
• Managing emails and general correspondence
• Booking appointments, surveys and customer visits
• Preparing and sending quotations and invoices
• Maintaining customer records and job information
• Filing and general office administration
• Liaising with customers regarding ongoing and upcoming work
• Assisting with scheduling jobs for our stonemasons
• Following up customer enquiries and quotations
• General support to the stonemasons
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
• Friendly, professional and confident when dealing with customers
• Well organised with good attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers, email and Microsoft Office
• Able to manage their own workload and prioritise tasks
• Reliable and punctual
• Experienced in an administration or office-based role
• No previous experience necessary
