We’re excited to see this fantastic project officially starting on site in Cumnock.

G+L Architects are proud to be appointed as the architects on this much-anticipated affordable housing scheme with Shire HA and Rosewood Homes to provide new affordable housing in Cumnock

The transformation of the long-vacant Yeatts Yard site into 49 high-quality, energy-efficient homes is a significant milestone for the local community and a real testament to what can be achieved through strong collaboration.

It’s rewarding to see our design work progress from concept through planning and now onto construction — bringing much-needed homes, including accessible and older-person units, to life. A huge thank-you to Shire Housing Association, Rosewood Homes, and all partners involved for their trust and teamwork.

Looking forward to watching the scheme take shape on site and contribute positively to the community in Netherthird.

Shire Housing Association has unveiled plans to bring the former Yeatts Yard site in Netherthird, Cumnock, back into use, delivering 49 much-needed affordable homes.

It was a pleasure to welcome new clients to Belfast last week to explore a range of exciting development and investment opportunities across the region.

At G+L Architects Ltd, we are seeing first-hand the continued momentum and confidence in the Northern Ireland market. It’s incredibly encouraging to witness the level of investment flowing into NI, reinforcing the strength and potential of the region.

There are clear opportunities across multiple sectors — particularly within PBSA, BTR, commercial development, and new Grade A office space in Belfast and the surrounding areas. The demand, ambition, and long-term vision for growth are evident.

We look forward to continuing the conversation and supporting investors and developers in shaping the next phase of growth across the region.
