Some light maintenance carried out on a Glasgow multi-tenant business centre’s AC systems recently 🫧

Site management reached out and asked us to carry out a freshen up of multiple systems across their building.

All units cleaned, fresh fragrance sprayed and performance checked.

Clean systems, clean air, better work spaces ✅

5kW Haier high wall system installed in a Blanefield residential home to keep residents cool during these summer months ❄️ all electrical work carried out by ourselves ⚡️ - new breaker installed in distribution board to independently supply AC, with cabling ran above ceilings to outdoor isolator to ensure a clean internal finish. Refrigerant pipework fully pressure tested, correct vac pulled and unit commissioned. Drainage then piped to external surface gully. As always, site tidied post install 🧹🗑️

🥵⛓️‍💥 Top/tail replacement of a split AC heat pump system supplying canteen area of a retail store. Old inoperative Sanyo equipment removed from site and new Daikin unit fitted, with new cabling and controllers compatible with bluetooth from phone app 🤳📱😬

Called out to a failed mini lime pump on an indoor wall mount. This was causing water overflow from internal drain 🤕 New pump fitted and tested, AC back operational 😬

AC servicing carried out as a group booking on a chain of 7 barber stores across the central belt 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 deep cleaned all internal FCU’s providing much better air flow and fragrance across stores 🫧🧽 cleaned all coils both indoor and out, and washed all casings and fascias. Checked all gas pressures, and issued F-gas certs to each site. Fresheners provided to units to keep them smelling good until next servicing 😬🛠️ thanks again for your repeat business 👏

Faulty electrics repaired 🥵⚡️
Fault identified during servicing works and quoted for repair. Water damaged external isolator requiring replaced due to incorrectly installed glands and wiring. Removed all damaged equipment and replaced with new - with OUTDOOR glands fitted bottom entry this time 😉✅

System re-instated and tested, no further issues 🛠️💪
