There’s nothing like forward planning (and frankly this is nothing like forward planning 🤣)

What with weddings and the like I’ve been a bit distracted from getting dates out there for my dried flower workshops. As I’ve been busy drying all summer-long, would anyone local(ish) like to join me at Lixton for a beautifully chilled evening of creating an everlasting wreath? This would be for an internal wall or door (I have one in my bathroom which I made four years ago and still looking good!)

Thursday 15th October 7pm-9pm - we’ll have some refreshments and make something gorgeous. £50 per person. Only a few spaces left.

Been a bit quiet on here recently- i haven’t really felt like scrolling /posting /reeling and all that malarky.

It’s been really tough to grow a decent amount this summer with so little rain and the amount I’ve produced has seemed less than last year with shorter stems. Instagram is not always the place to go when you’re feeling like everyone else is doing a better job than you….!

BUT comparison is the death of joy so enough of that rubbish 🙄 Today was a good day - the rain has finally got the dahlias opening, the cosmos have gone bonkers, sweet peas still going strong and I seem to have more flowers finally. Today was a good day 👌 p.s. anyone else finding it tricky this year?
