It’s always satisfying to see an idea go from the first drawing to the finished build.

We created and installed this entrance arch for The British Mortgage Awards 2026 at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London.

Even better, we received this lovely feedback from Anna Maynard, Senior Event Manager at AE3 Media Ltd

“Working with Andrew and the team was an absolute pleasure. From the outset, he understood what we were trying to achieve and went above and beyond our expectations, all while making it look easy.
As anyone involved in events knows, they can often be complex, demanding and stressful. Having a supplier I could trust gave me real confidence and peace of mind throughout the process. It was reassuring to know we were in such capable hands and I wouldn't hesitate to work with Andrew and his team again.”

A big thank you to Anna and the AE3 Media team. It was a pleasure working with you.

Event Set Services was proud to build all Sponsor Stands for Amazon Web Services (AWS) Summit London 2026, held at Excel London in April.

ESS has been trusted by Sleek Events to exclusively deliver the AWS Summit Sponsor Stand builds since 2019.

For the ESS team, that meant:

• 160+ sponsor stands built on site
• Across 5 halls
• 450+ large-format print pieces, printed in-house
• 5-day install
• Months of pre-production planning
• Strategic on-site delivery from our project and production teams
• 14+ articulated lorry deliveries using HVO fuel

For a project like this, the finished stands are only part of the story.

It takes detailed planning, clear communication, flexible thinking and a team that knows how to keep a complex installation moving on site.

With so many stands to deliver, every detail matters, especially when the aim is a consistently high-quality finish across each sponsor stand.

It’s always a pleasure working alongside the Sleek team and collaborating with the wider supplier network to deliver such a memorable build.

Great feedback from a recent project for the HP booth at the Retail Technology Show 26 at Excel London.

“A massive thank you to Neil and the ESS team for their fantastic work on the HP booth at Retail Tech Show. From the outset, the planning process was smooth, efficient, and really well managed. On-site, the team was incredibly supportive, flexible, and quick to adapt to any last minute needs. I look forward to the next one!”

Thank you to Laura, Event Producer at Ivory Worldwide, for the kind words.

A brilliant project to deliver, bringing together ESS’s stand build expertise and in-house large-format print capability.

Great work by Neil Collins and the wider Event Set Services team.
