Event Set Services was proud to build all Sponsor Stands for Amazon Web Services (AWS) Summit London 2026, held at Excel London in April.

ESS has been trusted by Sleek Events to exclusively deliver the AWS Summit Sponsor Stand builds since 2019.

For the ESS team, that meant:

• 160+ sponsor stands built on site
• Across 5 halls
• 450+ large-format print pieces, printed in-house
• 5-day install
• Months of pre-production planning
• Strategic on-site delivery from our project and production teams
• 14+ articulated lorry deliveries using HVO fuel

For a project like this, the finished stands are only part of the story.

It takes detailed planning, clear communication, flexible thinking and a team that knows how to keep a complex installation moving on site.

With so many stands to deliver, every detail matters, especially when the aim is a consistently high-quality finish across each sponsor stand.

It’s always a pleasure working alongside the Sleek team and collaborating with the wider supplier network to deliver such a memorable build.
