A recent project for ALK Earthworks & Landscaping Ltd - Wakefield. We completed an extension to a yard in Ossett. The old tarmac planings were removed and replaced with a 150mm of concrete, spanning a total area of 550 square meters and completed with a brushed finish. Spring has finally sprung now we have had some dryer weather we have managed to turn our customers overgrown waste land into what will soon be a lush green field. This week sees us dodging the rain and upcoming watery weather in Huddersfield where we have been asked to repair some substantial damage to this concrete yard.
We removed all the sunken, cracked concrete in two areas, re stoned and compacted the sub grade ready for the new concrete all stitched in to the existing concrete using reinforcing bars and mesh.

A new driveway for one of our customers, We removed the old block paving and reduced the ground level, imported and added recycled type 1 stone. New block edgings were layed then followed a layer of permeable tarmac. Topped off with resin to finish the job!
Really pleased with the results.
