The old iron rails had been part of the ground since the 1980s. We replaced them with high quality black Super Rebound fencing around the pitch, giving the club a smart new look for the season ahead.

With a tight deadline before the first game, our team completed the installation in time for the start of the season.

We recently helped give the pitchside clubhouse and dugouts a fresh look, fitting 32/1000 profile sheet cladding to tidy up and protect the existing buildings while keeping costs down.

We also built two standing terraces beside the clubhouse, giving supporters a new place to watch the match. The terraces were built with 4×4 posts set into the ground, 6×2 timber framing and walls clad to match the clubhouse.

A big thank you to Cove Walking Football Club for sponsoring the project and covering the materials. We were pleased to provide our labour free of charge to help improve our local club.

This 3.5m × 6.2m garden room connects to the existing garage and provides a main living space alongside a separate storage and boot room.

Before building began, we installed a raised concrete base for the cottage’s oil tank, which was moved by a specialist company. We also built a sleeper bed around the existing tree to serve as a soakaway for rainwater from the garden room.

The fully insulated room sits on a 6-inch reinforced concrete base and has an EPDM rubber roof system. Our client chose sage green fire-rated fibre cement cladding to complement the black uPVC patio doors and floor-to-ceiling window. A herringbone brick path and sleeper flower bed help tie it into the cottage garden.

Inside, we plastered and painted the ceiling, fitted structural plywood for the shed-style feel our client wanted, and laid tongue-and-groove floorboards. They chose to complete the remaining interior finishes in their own time, once they’ve decided how they want to make the space their own.

After a hot summer, our client wanted to replace their artificial grass with a lawn their young child could play on comfortably. Odours from the family dogs had also become a problem.

We removed the artificial grass and excavated the old sub-base. We then installed a fully permeable geotextile membrane to separate the existing ground from 300mm of new premium topsoil, before laying Medallion turf.

To protect the new lawn from foot traffic, we hand-cut stepping stones to match the existing patio. We also added a landing area by the garage and a small storage base, then sanded and oiled the garden sleepers to restore their finish.

Another stunning garden transformation completed by the Pro-Cise team turning an outdated, tired space into a modern, practical outdoor area that can be enjoyed for years to come.

This project wasn’t just about laying a new patio every detail was carefully considered to create a unique finish tailored to our client’s vision.

✅ Complimentary outside tap installation (made possible thanks to easy access from the kitchen).

✅ Aluminium threshold drainage installed along the property, seamlessly connected into a new soakaway system to ensure effective surface water management.

✅ New brown treated closeboard fencing and a matching double gate system, providing increased privacy, improved access and a much cleaner, more contemporary finish.

This project features Anthracite Black Porcelain paving (600x900mm), supplied by Stone Traders, complemented by 940 Black Limestone & Sinai Pearl slim setts (200x100mm), supplied by Love Stone. The combination creates a striking bespoke border that gives the garden a truly unique finish.

To complete the transformation, we installed a fresh Medallion Premium Turf area bringing a vibrant splash of colour and softening the contemporary paving design perfectly.

We’re happy with how this project has turned out, transforming a tired, unused garden into a stylish, low-maintenance outdoor space that’s practical, modern and built to last.

Project Complete – Final Transformation

We’ve now returned to complete this full garden transformation and what a finish it is!

To complete the space we installed high-quality artificial grass creating a clean low-maintenance lawn that ties everything together perfectly

For a long-lasting result we carried out a full preparation of the area:

▪️ Rotavated and removed existing soil and grass to a depth of 100mm

▪️ Installed a solid Type 1 MOT sub-base fully compacted

▪️ Added a 10–20mm layer of grano dust, compacted and levelled for a smooth finish

▪️ Installed a geotextile membrane to prevent w**d growth

▪️ Finished with premium artificial grass installation

The result is a durable , level and great looking artificial lawn ready to be enjoyed all year round 🌱

Garden Transformation Complete – Crondall, Hampshire

Another stunning project completed and what a transformation this one is!

We installed a 38sqm Kandla Grey Indian Sandstone patio complemented with Sinai Pearl Egyptian limestone border setts to create a clean picture-frame finish that really brings the whole space to life with a modern edge.

One key design feature here was the bespoke curved edge.

Rather than running the patio square (which would have wasted lawn space and created an awkward corner) we advised a curve to maximise the garden layout and the result speaks for itself

To ensure both practicality and longevity we finished the edges with Cotswold chippings allowing drainage along the fence line and preventing any future movement or issues affecting the patio.

At the rear of the garden we built a raised sleeper area making smart use of existing soil on site. This saved the client money on removal while creating a functional and attractive space, finished with:
✔️ Geotextile membrane
✔️ Type 1 MOT base
✔️ Play bark surface

We also installed a sleeper flower bed along the fence line and re-levelled sections of the garden ready for the client to complete their new lawn.

Featuring Kandla Grey Indian Sandstone, natural black slate cladding and precision hand-cut bullnosed coping stones finished with Black Limestone Setts detailing for a clean, contemporary aesthetic.

The foundation is now set, delivering a durable and low-maintenance outdoor space built with attention to detail throughout.
