Final stage of the gf refurbishment steel posts and beam fitted, 3 ceilings and 8 walls skimmed. Extractor vent duct installed and completed. Then existing flooring lifted repaired and relaid.

Well a 4 day week and a gf alterations with me and labourer 3 days demolishion, and ceiling removal.Next stage coming so...

Sealing them prior to top coating.
Next stage is to install new kitchen units in the next update.

Just finished the refurbished cottage for a client and who was very happy with the workmanship.
From knocking down walls, removing a chimney, building in new walls and steel beam , then installing new bathroom, kitchen completely and small toilet.

Removed existing stair handrails and newel posts. Fitted new newel post and hand rail pus spindles
